Sound Bath + Reiki Healing at Caritas Center for Healing

Over the course of one hour, you will be guided through a meditative sound healing provided by Robin while Christina gives Reiki to each guest individually and then to the group as a whole.

This sound bath begins with a gentle, guided meditation to first ground and relax the body and mind. Robin will then introduce the soothing tones of a special set of Crystal Singing Bowls. Your body will begin to realign itself to its natural energetic state as the ethereal sound vibrations flow over, around, and through you. As the room fills with the hypnotic sounds of the bowls, Christina will give Reiki to each guest one by one, channeling the healing energy to cleanse the chakras, strengthen the aura, and release any blockages that may exist in the energy body.

Using their intuitive gifts, Robin will allow the energy of the room to guide her in providing a symphony of healing sounds throughout the duration of the sound bath, while Christina will determine where to direct the Reiki energy for each person. This experience is perfect for cleansing and balancing the chakras, releasing both stress and emotional blocks, and clearing "stuck" energy. You will leave renewed, with a feeling of deep relaxation and peace in the mind, body, and soul.
