Cancellation Policy

My Cancellation Policy: Each client requires time for me to sufficiently prepare for your reading. To cancel and receive a full refund, or to reschedule your reading, please email hello@robindoxey.com at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled time. A 48-hour window ensures that other clients have the opportunity to book this time slot. Cancellations or requests to reschedule received less than 48 hours are not able to be fulfilled at this time and will result in forfeit of the fee. If something comes up on the day of your reading, please send an email to hello@robindoxey.com. If you are a "no show" but email us same day, we will be happy to work something out. "No show" appointments who do not reach out to reschedule by end of appointment day, will result in full forfeiture of the reading fee, no exceptions or reschedules.
